"Having lived in Jackson for forever, Shervin’s is the only tire shop that’s highly recommended around here. The local talk of the town, is overwhelmingly positive and I haven’t heard any complaints, in the 20 years I’ve lived here. The prices are reasonable. The negative reviews saying otherwise is disappointing! Sure, maybe Walmart offers lower prices, but the mechanics at Shervin’s are masters of their craft, the customer service is better, and they put much more care into their work. Even so, they charge well within normal price ranges. The biggest expense was my shopping spree at target while I waited for my car 😂. Thank goodness the turn around time was quick so I didn’t have too long to shop. Also, Nils at the front desk, is kind, and helpful!"

"We use them for our companies fleet and they are always great to work with. Today I had no fleet related issue. My girlfriend had a flat. So I rushed over took the tire off the car around 4pm and put the donut on. At 4:30, only took so long because she was missing parts of her jack, I dropped off the tire at Shervins. I totally expected to pick it up next day at earliest. They got it done in ~20 minutes to my surprise! I was able to get the tire on her car before she even got off work. Thank you! Very impressed."

"Super professional and understanding. I was visiting Jackson when I got a super slow leak in one of my tires. This also happened to be the first week the weather turned bad, and most shops were slammed with snow tire changes. Shervin's fit me in despite being super busy, and took a look at my tire. They spent over an hour trying to find the leak, but it was so slow it wasn't showing up at all. They didn't charge me for the time or labor, and said if the leak persisted over the next few days (before I headed out of town) they would happily squeeze me in and change the stem. Not being an existing client they could have easily brushed me off... But they actually cared that I was safe. 5 stars."
